Quickstart · The 90-Day Revenue AI Engine

AI ready in 90 days,
with 10% more pipeline to prove it.

Quickstart rebuilds your RevOps foundation, then deploys AI agents on top of it, inside the CRM you already own and without adding a rep to the payroll. The order is the point: AI on a clean system delivers ten times what it does on a messy one.

Your revenue engine works.
Because you are the engine.

Full calendar, busy team, and a pipeline that still swings wildly month to month. If every deal over £20k needs you on the call, you haven't got a sales system. You've got a founder with a very good diary.

Reps spending 50 to 70 percent of the week on data entry, follow-up admin and reporting instead of selling.
A CRM full of stale leads that should be nurtured, that nobody has time to touch.
One generic email sequence going to a fintech CFO and a SaaS founder alike.
Month-end reporting that takes two days to pull together, every month.
Six months to onboard a new rep, because the playbook lives in your head.
Forecasts that land 40 percent off, in either direction.

AI on a broken CRM is expensive noise.

You've tried the obvious moves: more reps, a marketing agency, an AI tool that promised to 10x your pipeline, maybe a fractional RevOps hire. None of it stuck, and none of that is on you. Nobody builds a CRM this way on purpose. It accretes, deal by deal, while you're busy closing them.

The problem is order. Most consultants bolt AI onto a system that was never ready to support it: the data's dirty, the process lives in the founder's head, and the agents just generate more sophisticated noise. Ninety days and £20k later, someone quietly turns the dashboard off.

Quickstart makes AI the second move. First the foundation: pipeline structure, data hygiene, scoring, routing, reporting. Then the agents, on ground that holds. Built inside HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, whichever you already own. No rip-and-replace, no six-month migration. And because it's run by Jack Crabtree, formerly Head of Fintech Sales, we don't spend your first month learning the fintech and SaaS sales motion. We already speak it.

Ninety days, four moves, one sequence.

Every engagement follows the same proven order. You are not the experiment.

Audit and Roadmap

A full diagnostic of where revenue leaks, where the team burns hours, and which three AI agents will pay back fastest in your business. You leave the fortnight with a prioritised 90-day roadmap modelled to revenue, so everything that follows is pointed at your numbers, not someone else's playbook.

Foundation Rebuild

The unsexy work everyone skips, done inside the platform you already own. Clean stages with exit criteria and forecast logic, scoring and routing tuned to your ICP, dashboards for founder, sales leader and rep, and the playbook out of your head and into documented SOPs.

AI Agent Deployment

Not chatbots, not ChatGPT plugins. Productised agents that run real workflows end to end inside your CRM: qualifying, researching, chasing and reporting around the clock. The equivalent of three fully trained sales operators, without three salaries.

Build mode ends, tuning begins. Every deployed agent is reviewed against revenue KPIs and adjusted on real data, your team is trained to monitor and scale the system, and every agent ships with a documented runbook. Then a 30-day support window after we step back.

What good looks like.

The targets we model against your own numbers in week one, and the results clients commonly see.

40 to 60%Less rep time lost to admin and CRM updates.
2 to 3xQualified meetings booked from the database you already own. No new spend.
25 to 40%Shorter sales cycle.
6 weeksTo onboard a new rep, down from six months.
LiveA forecast you'd actually plan the quarter on, updated in real time.
£50kThe deal size below which you are no longer needed on the call.

Built for a specific kind of company.

We're not generalists, and Quickstart isn't for everyone. That's the point.

Quickstart is for you if

  • You're a B2B fintech or SaaS company doing £500k to £5M ARR.
  • You run a sales team of 3 to 10, and the founder is still the rainmaker on the big deals.
  • You're already on HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, and not getting close to the value out of it.
  • You can show up: weekly sessions, platform access in the first fortnight, tasks done on time.

It isn't if

  • You're pre-revenue, or there's no sales team to build around yet.
  • You're shopping for a tool. This is a system, and systems need your process, not just your card details.
  • You want a rip-and-replace migration. We build inside what you own.
  • You want AI bolted on this quarter and foundations "at some point". That order is the whole reason this works.

A build team, not a course.

A dedicated Account Manager, with a weekly 60-minute strategy and review call.
A dedicated Marketing Specialist, with a weekly working session on builds in flight.
A private Slack channel with daily access, 24/5, for the full engagement.
Skool community access for life, including all training and daily group support calls.
Every deliverable documented: CRM build-out, automations, agents, dashboards, SOPs, playbooks.
A 30-day optimisation window after the engagement ends.

10% more pipeline by day 90,
or we keep working for free.

Your qualified pipeline is baselined at the week-one audit and measured in your own CRM. If it isn't up at least 10% by day 90, we continue working at no additional cost until it is. Three conditions, all of them in your control:

01 · Show up.
Attend the weekly working sessions.
02 · Open the doors.
Platform access within the first 14 days.
03 · Do your part.
Complete assigned implementation tasks on time.

The things founders ask first.

Which CRMs do you work in?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. We build inside the platform you already own, so there's no migration, no re-licensing and no six-month limbo while your team works out of spreadsheets.

Our CRM is a mess. Is that a problem?

It's the assumption. Nobody builds a CRM this way on purpose; it accretes while you're busy closing the deals that pay for it. Weeks one to six exist precisely to fix that, and the roadmap in week one tells both of us exactly how deep the clean-up goes before anything else is built on top.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. These are productised agents that run workflows end to end inside your CRM: grading and routing inbound, researching and personalising outbound in your voice, keeping the pipeline clean, and delivering the numbers daily without anyone pulling reports. And we measure them on revenue, not novelty. If an agent doesn't produce revenue, it doesn't stay deployed.

How is the 10% measured?

Against a baseline, not a feeling. In week one we audit your pipeline and qualify it through our own process, so inflated deals don't flatter the starting number, then we write the baseline down. At day 90 we measure qualified pipeline in your CRM against it. Up 10% or more, job done. Short of it, we keep working at no cost until it isn't.

How much of our time does it take?

About two hours of scheduled sessions a week, plus the implementation tasks we assign between them. In the final phase your team trains for 30 to 60 minutes a week on monitoring and adjusting the system, because the whole point is that it keeps producing after we step back.

What happens on day 91?

You own a documented system: runbooks for every agent, SOPs for every process, a trained team, and a 30-day support window while it beds in. If you want us to keep tuning and building new agents, the retainer exists. If you don't, the system is yours and it keeps working.

See your roadmap before you spend a pound.

The free audit is the same first look we take in week one of Quickstart: where the revenue is leaking, what to fix first, and the baseline your 10% would be measured against. If it's not for you, you keep the findings and we part friends.
